At-Home Detox Support
For some people, beginning the process of stopping substance use feels safer and more manageable in a familiar, private environment. Our at-home detox support is led by a Registered Nurse (RN) regulated by the College of Nurses of Ontario — bringing professional nursing assessment, monitoring and compassionate care directly to you at home. You'll have qualified support alongside you through this difficult transition, with coordination to connect you with any additional resources you need.

Nursing assessment and intake
Your care begins with a thorough nursing assessment. Our RN reviews your health history and current situation to understand your needs and ensure this level of support is the right fit for you.
Ongoing nursing monitoring and support
Our RN provides ongoing care through the process — monitoring your wellbeing, supporting you through the physical and emotional challenges of early withdrawal, and staying close to how you're doing.
Privacy and comfort at home
All support is provided in your own home, at a time that works for you. Your comfort, dignity and privacy matter to us — and the familiar environment can make a real difference.
Coordination and next steps
Our RN helps coordinate your broader care — connecting you with physicians, community services or addiction programs as needed — and supports you in planning the road ahead.
This service is led by Loreta, a Registered Nurse (RN) regulated by the College of Nurses of Ontario, providing professional nursing assessment, monitoring and compassionate support in your home. RN-led care is appropriate for many people navigating early withdrawal — and where a situation requires physician oversight or a higher level of medical management, we will be clear about that and help connect you with the right resources.
